Black Anchor Marketing Co. provides done-for-you website, booking system, and automation services for tattoo artists and service businesses. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.

Setup fees are due upon agreement execution. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during setup, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding client communication and data handling.

Black Anchor retains rights to system frameworks and automation templates. Custom content and branding created for your business remain your property upon full payment.

Black Anchor is not responsible for results dependent on client marketing efforts, social media reach, or actions outside the scope of the installed system. We make no guarantees regarding booking volume or revenue.
